Hours and Days of Operation
Kenwood School is in operation Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for those who need the extended day. Classes are in session from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. All students attending only the school day should arrive by 8:45 a.m. to allow time to get settled before school begins. We ask that you not pick your child up before 3:30 p.m. If you must pick up when the children are still indoors, please come to the Office and we will page your child. Do not enter the classroom. The children are working.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition is charged monthly and payable on the first working day of each month. The school will be closed on holidays listed on our annual calendar. Your tuition will remain the same regardless of holidays, vacations, illness, snow days, or other acts of nature.

Current Students and families get a discount! Call or visit the school to find out more about discounts for siblings and current students. Discounts are based on number of years a student attends Kenwood School. Returning students save 10% or more!
Students may choose to pack a lunch or to purchase school lunch. If you would like to purchase school lunch, please notify the office.
Tuition payments are due by the 7th of the month if you are on the monthly payment plan. A late payment fee of $15 will be charged for any payment received after the 7th of the month. A late fee will be charged for pick-up after 6:00 p.m. $15.00 will be charged for the first 15 minutes or any portion thereof, and an additional charge of $5.00 for each additional 5 minutes. Every effort will be made to contact you or one of the emergency numbers on your registration form. If we have not been able to contact anyone by 7:00 p.m., 911 will be called and Social Services will be contacted.
